SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most instances, each piece of jewelry will be made once your order has been placed. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: shipping time takes effect once your item has been finished, NOT upon placement of your order. I will always send you an email to let you know when your piece is complete and when you can expect it to arrive. If you need your item sooner, make a note of this with your order and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
Please do not use the "Local" shipping method unless you have already made arrangements with me to pick up your item.
All items are shipped with delivery confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, please send me an email with your contact information and reason for return within 7 days of receipt. I will either exchange the product for you or issue a refund. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Please note that Mezze Designs is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in return transit. A sturdy box is recommended to prevent damages. Customers must pay for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
I do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale items.
