We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, please send an email with your contact information and reason for return within 7 days of receipt. We will either exchange the product for you or issue a refund. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Please note that Mezze is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in return transit. A sturdy box is recommended to prevent damages. Customers must pay for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale items.
In most instances, each piece of jewelry will be made once your order has been placed. Because of this, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. NOTE: shipping time takes effect once your item has been finished. We will always send you an email to let you know when your piece is complete and when you can expect it to arrive. If you need your item sooner, make a note of this with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

As part of the ordering process, your name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number are collected. This information will only be used to fill your order, to contact you if we have questions, or to send you a periodic email with special offers.
