Product Description

A lonely gravel road winds it's way up and around the base of the imposing Andes mountains. Along the way, you stumble into a small town named Cachi whose inhabitants are rumored to be descendents of an ancient pre-Columbian tribe that settled in the area long ago. Cachi, in the Kakana language of the ancient Diaguita, derives from the word "kak" meaning stone and the word "chi", which means silence. These earrings are a tribute to the solitude that you will find in the beautiful background of sown fields and plantations, framed by snowed peaks and sierras.
